PRACTICE EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO REPRESENTING THOSE INJURIED AS A RESULT OF DENTAL MALPRACTICE

It is in your best interest to consult with a Florida Dental Malpractice Lawyer as soon a you realize you have an injury. Dental Malpractice cases are often complex and require a lawyer with specific dental knowledge. Our Florida Dental Malpractice lawyers do not refer cases to other attorneys like many other firms we have the experience to evaluate and litgate your case until settlement. Often we accept and settle cases that were originally rejected by other attorneys that did not have our Florida Dental Malpractice experience.

Having the perspective of both a dentist and a lawyer we evaluate cases differently.

THIS FLORIDA DENTAL MALPRACTICE website is a free informative source provided by Dr. Stanley W. Lane, a DENTIST, MAXILLO FACIAL SURGEON who is also a lawyer with more than 20 years in dental malpractice claims.

Case Review

Estate of Charles G. – Confidential Settlement

Mr. G was a 89 year old man who died after an Orlando dentist dropped a mini-wrench used to secure dental implants down his throat.  The wrench become lodged into Mr. G’s lung, and he ultimately died after undergoing a lung resection.  What made this case so outrageous is that the same dentist had dropped another dental tool down Mr. G’s throat 2 months earlier.

Testimonial

  • Mark Glassman accomplished what a large West Palm Beach law firm failed to do – Mark Glassman handled a complicated dental malpractice case on behalf of a family member who suffered an agonizing death as the result of grossly negligent dental care. Mark is an ethical and passionate advocate of the law in his pursuit of justice for the victim and family. Mark is straight forward and a man who speaks the truth and keeps his word. We thank Mark for his successful representation on behalf of our family member, who can now rest in peace, and his family. We highly recommend Mark as a person and an attorney and, should the need for future legal representation arise, we would seek his legal counsel and representation. We also thank Mark’s assistant, Donna, for her hard work, professionalism and compassion.
